Yes, if there are cubs they should be above ground now.  They should be at the boisterous stage too, which is when they get to be real fun to watch.  Mind you, I haven&#039;t seen any this year.  I don&#039;t know if this is because there aren&#039;t any (which would be unusual) or because I&#039;ve just been unlucky in my watching.  

Hopefully you&#039;ll have better luck!

Typical of  badgers to show up just at the moment you have decided to call it a night!
About the badgers using different parts of their sett, Iam sure I have read somewhere that badgers move into different chambers of the sett as the ectoparasites such as ticks and fleas build up ( probably just a theory as it would be difficult to prove but it does make sense).
 As you know badgers are very fastidious about their personal hygiene and love nothing more than a good scratch and mutal grooming sesssion!

Love the vids - keep them coming and try not to trip over those pesky muntjac deer!
